Please review carefully as your purchase of one of our courses constitutes acceptance of our refund policy.
Introduction
We are a valued cradle, always striving to provide an excellent learning experience for our students. In case of dissatisfaction with the course, we offer a convenient refund policy. Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course. According to the Executive Rules and Procedures of the Saudi National Training Regulations – Sixth Edition, page 11 – “Any financial consideration that results in the provision of a service is non-refundable” as stipulated for Mahd Al Karam, except in certain cases as follows:
Refund conditions
The refund request must be submitted within [three days] from the date of payment of the course value and receipt of the proof of payment receipt – The booking deposit and installments are considered expenses that result in a service such as completing and continuing the booking process and for that service cannot be refunded as this causes unavoidable damage to the company and the user has already started receiving the services – The user is not entitled to a refund of any of the amounts paid unless the company refuses to provide its services to the user who paid all the agreed expenses on the scheduled dates and previously agreed upon and evidenced by the payment receipt – The user is obligated to pay all expenses and
Refund value
In case of refunds before the start of the course, we will refund 10% of the registration fee
Refund procedure
You must submit your refund request via email info@mkademy.com or by phone +966 92 92 005 1094 – You must provide all requested information, including your name, registration number, and date of enrollment – We will send you a refund confirmation via email or a message to your phone number after receiving your refund request
Course Cancellation
An approximate course start date is specified during the booking or within a maximum of 15 working days – the user has the right to request a replacement or refund in case the company is delayed in providing the training program for more than 90 working days. However, the postponement period requested by the customer himself is not counted in this period, as the postponement is based on the customer’s wish and not due to a delay from the company – In case of course cancellation, the registration fee will be fully refunded – In case the customer takes advantage of any promotional offer for a course or several courses, the value of the services provided to the customer outside the scope of the offer is calculated and deducted from the payments made by the customer in advance. The remaining amount is then refunded after deducting any other administrative expenses – Cancellation confirmation is sent via email or via the user’s phone number after canceling the course – The user has the right to replace the contracted course with another course of the same value, in case the agreed service is not received in full or in part. If the value of the new course is higher than the value paid, the customer must pay the difference in price
CHANGES
We can change this Refund Policy at any time without prior authorization – we will announce any material changes to this Refund Policy on our website
Laws and Regulations
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Company’s internal regulations to the extent not inconsistent with the official laws of the country – any disputes arising from this Refund Policy shall be subject to litigation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
